Congratulations to CS Kitchen Pte Ltd for successfully attaining FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 Food Safety System Certification!

As a Singapore SME (Small, Medium Enterprise), CS Kitchen Pte Ltd is able to tap on the Enterprise Development Grant and obtained funding support of up to 80% for the consultancy and certification fees. The company intends to export and access overseas markets with their Ready-To-Eat(RTE) / Ready-To-Cook (RTC) product and having FSSC 22000 certification will help them to gain access even to potential clients who are members of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)

Our R&D team ensures the original specification of every item is met.  The process of product development involves a series of stages, requiring the combined talents of many specialists to make it successful.

Research is carried out, to formulate a number of recipes and specify the ingredients to be used. Several versions of the product are usually made, using slightly different ingredients or processes, i.e. the products are prototyped in the our central kitchen.
