Course Objectives
To implement and review WSH activities in order to achieve WSH service objectives within the organization as cleaning supervisors in the cleaning industry. They will part-take WSH activities such as risk management and incident investigation and reporting.

- Provide understanding WSH and other requirements for the environmental services industry.
- Implement the WSH Management System.
- Importance of Workplace Safety and Health.
- Salient WSH legal and other requirements relevant to environmental services industry.
- Overview of WSH management system.
- Implement the Risk Management Training and Process.
- Performing Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities.
- Provide understanding for Risk Assessment Process.
- Conduct Incident Investigation.
- Reporting in Incident Investigation.
- Document Incident Investigation Report.
- Recommend and Review Corrective Actions.
- Provide Documentation and Review for WSH Activities.

Entry Requirement
Learners are encouraged to:
- Have basic knowledge on own work role and the corresponding responsibilities and limitations
- Have minimum secondary school education
- Develop Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3
- Develop Numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 Have some cleaning work experience required.
